Pesonal Training
We offer personal strength training to help you reach your specific goals (weight loss, muscle building, power building, healthy and fit body) and have the best shape of your life.
You train with a trainer one-on-one or with a friend 3/4 times a week, have your own personal program and nutrition plan if nedeed and constant trainer's control and support.
Training framework is designed for people who are looking for a specific physical result – weight-loss, muscle gain etc., so before we begin it is very important for me as your trainer to get to know your individual goals, as well as your strengths and injuries, eating habits to at first be able to conclude why it hasn't worked for you before and to built your personalized program and meal plan afterwards.
